I challenge you to return to Genesis chapter one not casually, but with intention. As you read, you will begin to recognize just how vital it is that God chose you to rule the earth.
God designed the earth with order, rhythm, and purpose. Creation itself reflects His wisdom and intentionality. Through that design, God revealed how deeply He trusted humanity. He formed this planet good, beautiful, and full of purpose and then placed it under our care.
That decision speaks volumes about God’s love for us.
A God Who Entrusts, Not Withholds
God created a unique earth and an expansive galaxy. He called everything He made good, yet He desired more than beauty and structure. God wanted relationship. He wanted representation. He wanted someone who looked like Him and carried His likeness.
“And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion…”
Pay close attention to this truth:
God did not choose to rule the earth alone.
Instead, He said, “Let them have dominion.”
Through that declaration, God expressed love through trust.
Dominion Is a Gift of Love
God never intended dominion to reflect control. He designed it to reflect stewardship. With love, God entrusted humanity with responsibility, authority, and care over His creation.
He created you on purpose and with purpose.
Anointed From the Beginning
God positioned human beings—spirit, soul, and body—in an anointed, powerful, and supernatural place. From the very beginning, He placed us in authority under Him, not beneath creation, but above it.
God crowned humanity with glory and honor. Through that act, He demonstrated love in motion.
Reflect on This
Have you ever considered how God reveals His love not only through what He gives, but through what He entrusts?
He trusted humanity with the earth.
He trusted humanity with responsibility.
He trusted humanity with relationship.
That same God continues to love you deeply today.
Walking in the Awareness of God’s Love
When you truly understand God’s love, it transforms how you live. His love reshapes how you see yourself, how you steward what He gives, and how you walk in purpose.
That understanding also influences how you honor God with your spirit, soul, and body.
“We love him, because he first loved us.”
Final Encouragement
God chose you.
God trusted you.
God loved you from the beginning.
Walk confidently in that truth.
Steward faithfully what God has placed in your hands.
Never forget that His love weaves itself into your very creation.
Until next time,
Just Have Faith and Keep It Moving!
With love and grace,
